Since its opening in 2012 overlooking the cool waters of the Bosphorus, Inari Omakase Kuruçeşme has been offering classic Japanese dishes to its guests. After various revisions over time, Inari, in its final form completed in November 2023, has become a 70-seat space designed with a chic and intimate atmosphere, providing a unique experience beyond just a dining venue.
In the daytime, Kuruçeşme branch offers a serene environment blending Japanese classics with a light California breeze. In the evenings, it comes to life with live DJ performances five days a week. The daily omakase menu, prepared with the freshest seafood of the season, including nigiri, sashimi, tempura, and robata, delights the palate with surprising flavors.
In 2022, the year Michelin Guide entered Turkey, Inari Omakase Kuruçeşme made its mark on the Michelin Recommended list, considered a prestigious reference point among chefs and food enthusiasts. With its diversified menu featuring refined flavors, the restaurant rose to the Bib Gourmand list in the Michelin Istanbul selection the following year, entering the ranks of 18 restaurants in Istanbul offering high-quality dining experiences at affordable prices.
For this unique atmosphere, we have a Dress Code, and our valued guests are expected to follow a Smart Casual dress style.
