According to legend, Inari appears either as a charming woman or a white female fox… Only
those who believe in the legend can identify what they see as Inari. Think of the odds of
catching a glimpse of a pure white fox; it would not be any ordinary fox that you would run
into in the wild. She is so rare and precious that luck is believed to stay by your side forever
afterwards if you ever do come across her. In fact, more than a third of the Shinto temples in
Japan are dedicated to her.
Inari Omakase is named after this legend that is still famous in this day and time. Inari invites
you to a legendary tasting experience.
Inari Omakase made its debut in the heart of Kuruçeşme in 2012, introducing a breath of innovation to Istanbul's gastronomic scene. Quickly making a name for itself with exquisite flavors offered against the backdrop of the Bosphorus’s enchanting views and at Vadistanbul AVM, it has become a talked-about destination.
Each location of Inari Omakase presents a unique atmosphere and caters to a distinct clientele; following the success of its Kuruçeşme, Vadistanbul, and Etiler Piku branches, the brand expanded beyond the city to open its first branch outside Istanbul at The Bodrum EDITION.
The unique flavors of Inari are prepared by combining globally sourced products with local tastes seamlessly. Executive chefs aim to provide guests with an exceptional experience by blending essential sushi ingredients imported from Japan with the rich, natural flavors of Turkey.

To immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of Inari Piku, we have a Dress Code policy in place, and we expect our valued guests to adhere to a Smart Casual dress style.
As 8-10 Inari Etiler, we warmly welcome children aged 0-10 and our furry friends between 10:00-18:00.
At Inari Omakase Vadistanbul, we can host our furry friends in the garden area, and inside, they are welcome as long as they are in a bag or cage.
